Tungsten Trioxide is a thermally Stable and Water Insoluble Tungsten Compound. Yellow Tungsten Trioxide is Produced from Ammonium Paratungstate. Yellow and Blue Both Oxide Forms are mainly Use for the Production of Tungsten Metal Powder by Powder Metallurgical Methods.
Yellow Tungsten Trioxide is a Yellow Finely divided Solid Crystals. It is produced by calcination of ammonium paratungstate (APT) under oxidizing conditions in a Closely Controlled Temperature Environments to remove Water Molecules Form it.
Tungsten trioxide is used for many purposes in everyday life. It is frequently used in industry to manufacture tungstates for x-ray screen phosphors, for fireproofing fabrics and in gas sensors. Due to its rich yellow color, WO3 is also used as a pigment in ceramics and paints.
Tungsten trioxide has been employed in the production of electro chromic windows, or smart windows. These windows are electrically switchable glass that change light transmission properties with an applied voltage.This allows the user to tint their windows, changing the amount of heat or light passing through.

There are dual effects of sodium tungstate on adipocyte biology: inhibition of Adipogenesis and stimulation of cellular oxygen consumption. Sodium tungstate inhibits adipocyte differentiation and regulates the mitochondrial oxygen consumption of adipose cells. These effects contribute to the anti-obesity activity of sodium tungstate and confirm its potential as a powerful alternative for the treatment of obesity.
